Support for
individuals
Work can be enjoyable and sustainable. It can build our confidence, support our wellbeing, and provide a sense of meaning.
Or it can undermine all of those things.
Unfortunately, work-related stress is on the rise. We all have our ups and downs. But if we experience too much stress, for too long, we might start to notice more serious consequences: anxiety, physical symptoms, and burnout.
I know because I’ve been there.
How I can help
-
Coaching
Perhaps you simply need a safe space to acknowledge what you’re experiencing. Or you might want to understand what’s driving it, and what you can do about it.
As a coach, I don’t pretend to have all the answers. Instead, I create a truly non-judgemental space where you can explore your experience, gain insight, and make changes. If you like, I can share concepts and tools from psychology to support your coaching journey.
-
Mindfulness Course
Research has shown that people who are more mindful are generally happier and report less anxiety, stress, and worry. But I know from experience that it’s much easier to get going if we have some support and guidance.
This course is designed to help you understand the science behind mindfulness and develop or re-start your practice, with the support of a small group. We’ll cover the core principles of mindfulness and how they can improve our experience of work.

Mindful Co-Working
I run free weekly mindful co-working sessions for everyone in my email community. It’s an opportunity to pause, ground ourselves and meditate, and then focus on whatever it is you really want to get done. All in the company of a supportive group.
Sessions run on Mondays, 11am - 12pm GMT on Zoom. Just sign up to my email community to take part. You can join us every week, or every now and then. You can opt out of co-working invites at any time.
