Employee Experience (EX)

Change Management & Behaviour Change
Too often performed as a form of due diligence, Change Management has the potential to make or break your programme. Whether it’s a localised change effort or full transformation, ultimately you need people to do things differently. Psychological models tell us that this requires a change in the way we think and feel. Rather than using ‘behavioural psychology’ and ’neuroscience’ as marketing buzzwords, I use my psychological training to bring more evidence-based approaches to traditional change management, to drive tangible, positive change.
