About Me

Hi, I’m Heather.

I believe that, if I can help make people’s experiences of their time on Earth a bit more positive, that’s a worthwhile use of my own short time here.

Most of us will spend a huge proportion of our lives at work. Our experiences at work, positive and negative, have a huge impact on how we experience our lives as a whole.

That’s why I help people have better experiences of their work.

I’m a scientist at heart, having studied Natural Sciences at Cambridge and Psychological Sciences at UCL. I’m passionate about using evidence-based approaches to make a measurable positive impact.

I thrive when I’m solving complex problems, and making things better for people.

About Mind & Co

As a society, we understand increasingly more about what helps people to stay well and be successful. But, in the pressures of the modern workplace, much of this is forgotten or ignored.

Mind & Co exists to help bring this understanding back in to the way we work, to improve people’s experience of their work, and as a result, the success of their workplaces.

How? By consulting with organisations, coaching with individuals, and sharing ideas and research.

  1. Hi Heather, hope you’re well. Like your effort. It seems like we are machines in the assembly line, the way we work in this modern life. There are mountain information on your bed side but yet people are afraid to talk to each other. So much of hustle and bustle but loneliness at its peak. But these are just random thoughts.

    One of my Quotes:

If you think life has taught you nothing that means you haven’t learned anything from life…
